To report a repair please email use our Fixflo Reporting Tool which can be found If the repair is an emergency please phone on 0151 909 5919. If there is no immediate answer please leave a message and we will contact you.

Out of Hours Emergency Repairs

For emergency maintenance/repair issues only please ring 0151 909 5919 and Press 9 and you will be transferred to the on-call duty Maintenance Operative.

If you have a non-emergency message you can leave a message by Pressing 1. You will access our Voicemail which be reviewed as soon as the office re-opens.
